Kings Prawns, being the most popular in Australia, possess a medium-firm flesh and rich flavour. 

Tiger Prawns have a distinctive tiger stripe and medium flavour, placing them between Kings and Bananas on the flavour spectrum.

Banana Prawns are delicious and abundant with a sweet light flavour. They are a more affordable prawn and are available all year round.
